Study Buddy - Study Aid for kids with ADD/ADHD
Doing homework is an essential part of a child’s learning process, but for kids with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD/ADHD) and their parents, it is a constant struggle.
Homework problems are the major reason children with this condition fail school.
The goal of this project was to create a study aid that followed the recommendations given by Doctors and professionals, so children between 6 and 9 years old with ADD/ADHD were able to manage themselves to successfully do their homework.

It is a neurological disorder that causes a range of behavior problems such as difficulties with attending to instruction, focusing on schoolwork, keeping up with assignments, following instructions, completing tasks, and social interaction.
Why a Robot?
After a lot of ideation, surveys, and testing. The robot was the most appealing design for both boys and girls, eliminating the need for a design per gender.
